1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Multaqa, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that may apply to specific features or services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into agreements. If you are registering on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activities under your account, providing accurate and current information, and complying with all applicable laws and regulations in the State of Kuwait.

4. Business Listings

When creating a business listing, you agree that: all information provided is accurate and truthful, you have the right to represent the listed business, you will keep your listing information current, and you will not post misleading or fraudulent content.

5. Subscription Plans

Paid subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not: post false or misleading business information, engage in spam or unsolicited communications, attempt to circumvent security measures, use the platform for illegal activities, or infringe on intellectual property rights.

7. Intellectual Property

Multaqa and its content are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a license to display it on our platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

Multaqa is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kuwait City.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
